We want you to fall in love with your handbag. If for any reason you are not completely enchanted by the silhouette, colorway, or texture, we are pleased to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 calendar days of confirmed doorstep delivery.

2. Condition for Return & Exchange

• Handbag must be in brand new, unused condition with zero scratches.
• Original organic cotton dust bag and packaging boxes must be intact.
• Protective adhesive on hardware must not be peeled or removed.
