The delivery estimate shown at checkout comes from Fez for the selected origin and destination states. It may change if the destination or order contents change before payment.
Order preparation time is separate from Fez's delivery estimate. Tracking updates begin after the delivery is created and collected.
The delivery fee shown at checkout is the total returned by Fez, including VAT. Fez uses the pickup state, destination state, and order weight to calculate the cost. If Fez is unavailable, the store will not show an estimated flat rate.
